Terms of Service

Oh, so you came here :D! I'm so excited of work with you! But before that i have some rules for make my life and your life easilier!

•Firstly, I must stress that I reserve all the rights to post the final artwork to my portfolio or my social media, and I can tag you in the post if you would like.

•I also hold all rights to the piece itself. The artwork must solely be for personal use, If you want a commercial contract, then please inform me at the forefront of the request so we can work it out!•I also ask that no one put my art on websites or shops as their own. I am fine with reposting on social media, as long as I am clearly credited on the post.

•Any attempts of taking my artworks and minting them as NFTs or being used as AI generator food are strictly, absolutely prohibited and if I find out or get notified of such, you will be blacklisted and blocked on all of my socials.IF YOU WANT TO COMMISSIONING ME AND MY SLOTS ARE OPEN, YOU CAN EMAIL ME ON: [email protected]ALL PAYMENTS WILL BE MADE THROUGH PAYPAL IN USD. I DON'T RECEIVE PAYMENTS IN OTHER CURRENCY OR THROUGH OTHER PLATAFORM.

•I will repond you in a time of 1-2 days.•I have the right to accept or deny your request.•The price is subject to change with complexity of design.•I only will do requests with the Commission Form, or a reference or full description. (Reference images will help the process of character design creation)•If you are here and want a fanart of a famous character, sorry but you are in the wrong place. I only do original characters.(Ocs that are of famous media, like Marvel or any anime is accepted)

I DON'T DO BACKGROUNDS, NSFW, ILLUSTRATIONS OR OTHER THING THAT IS NOT A MODEL SHEET OF A CHARACTER DESIGN THAT IS LIKE THE REFFERENCES IN THE COMMISSION PRICES.•If you want changes in the design of the character after I started the drawing or the drawing is finalized, I will charge more.•You will pay me half of the price in the concept sketch and the rest in the final art.•I don't do artstyle imitations. (I don't wanna be sued :D)•The commision will be completed depending of the waitlist and the complexity of the design, in a previous time of 1-2 weeks.(Can change depending on the circunstances)(thank you @alineSann_ for the help in this giant terms >:D)
